Our custom enquiry and contact-click events do not send the name, email address, phone number or message entered in the form.

Videos, WhatsApp and external websites

Our hosting, email, security and analytics providers process information as needed to deliver those services. Information may be processed outside Namibia, depending on the provider. We may also share relevant enquiry information with a service provider where needed to respond to a specific supply or logistics request. We do not sell enquiry contact details.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and correspondence information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable obligations. Backup copies and security records may remain for their normal retention periods.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us about the personal information you have provided, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Contact support@woodbos.com. We may need to confirm your identity and explain if records must be retained. Do not send passwords or identity documents with an initial request.
