Sustainable Firewood Production
At WoodBos, sustainability drives everything we do. Our Kameeldoring, Sekelbos, and Swaarthaak firewood is sourced through responsible bush control on our farms, where we raise 300 A-Grade, grass-fed Bonsmara cattle. These trees are not cut solely for firewood but removed to restore grazing land, improve soil quality, and support biodiversity.
We only harvest naturally dead or long-dried wood, ensuring nothing goes to waste. With all necessary permits in place, our operations meet strict environmental and forestry standards. We also pump fresh underground water to sustain our cattle and maintain healthy ecosystems.

Quality Control
At WoodBos, we ensure that every piece of firewood meets the highest standards. Our Kameeldoring firewood is carefully cut to 30cm lengths, with bark removed for a cleaner burn. Each log is inspected for its rich red heartwood, guaranteeing maximum heat and long-lasting coals.
Our firewood is naturally seasoned for up to five years, making it ultra-dry for an efficient, smoke-free burn. We package it in durable woven polypropylene bags to prevent damage during transit.

Customization Options
At WoodBos, we tailor our firewood packaging and shipping to meet your exact needs. Whether you require custom bag design or specific packaging sizes, we can accommodate your requests.
We ship our firewood in high-quality woven polypropylene or clear bags, and if you have a branded design, simply send it to us. Just remember, the more colours on the branding, the higher the cost per bag will be. For shipping, we can pack containers according to your specifications, including wooden pallets for added stability and convenience.
